The majority of the housing opportunities at these sites will be for tenants who are willing and able to pay rent. Households with a monthly income of between R3 501 and R15 000 will be considered. Importantly, to be considered the tenant must have a clean credit record. 

For those residents who prefer to own a house or unit/flat, the City provides GAP housing opportunities at other developments across Cape Town. GAP housing is for people earning a monthly income of up to R15 000. You will become the owner of the house or unit or flat only after you have paid off the purchase price in monthly instalments.
