• Rehabilitation in Meyboom Avenue, from Vlamboom Crescent (North) to Vlamboom Crescent (South), 10 - 14 October 2016

    Transport for Cape Town (TCT), the City of Cape Town’s transport authority, would like to advise business, residents and road users in the Plattekloof area of the planned road rehabilitation in Meyboom Avenue. The proposed works, which will take place on a section of Meyboom Avenue from Vlamboom Crescent (North) to Vlamboom Crescent (South), will entail the excavation (milling) and resurfacing of the existing roadway.

  • Resurfacing of Koeberg Road, Durbanville, 19 September - 21 October 2016

    Transport for Cape Town (TCT), the City of Cape Town’s transport authority intends to do resurfacing and ancillary works in the Durbanville area along a portion of Koeberg Road, between Main Street and Plein Street, between Monday, 19 September and 21 October 2016, if there are no delays.

  • Stormwater civil works along Plantation Street, from 6th Avenue to 8th Avenue, 19 September - 22 October 2016

    Transport for Cape Town (TCT), the City of Cape Town’s transport authority, would like to advise residents and road users in the Kraaifontein East area of the planned stormwater civil works along Plantation Street. The proposed works, which will take place along a section of Plantation Street from 6th Avenue to 8th Avenue, will entail the upgrading of the existing open stormwater channel on the road verge. The existing channel will be fi lled with sand and a new piped system will be installed.

  • Rehabilitation of Silverboom Avenue, from the Plattekloof Reservoir access to Bloulelie Street, 17 - 22 October 2016

    Transport for Cape Town (TCT), the City of Cape Town’s transport authority, would like to advise business, residents and road users in the Plattekloof area of the planned road rehabilitation in Silverboom Avenue. The proposed works, which will take place on a section of Silverboom Avenue from the Plattekloof Reservoir access to Bloulelie Street, will entail the excavation (milling) and resurfacing of the existing roadway.

  • Resurfacing of M3 inbound

    The section of M3 (inbound) between the unfinished bridge and Kendal Road is scheduled for resurfacing. Work is planned to commence on 26 September 2016 and to be completed on 27 November 2016.

  • Construction of non-motorised transport (NMT) facilities along Albert Road and Strand Street from Station Road to Adderley Street, August - December 2016
