After a series of group sessions with TCT executives, their findings were presented and discussed. TCT is undergoing significant transformation, and internal communication is key in building a strong and united team.
“This is precisely why we have fast-tracked the delivery of the first internal newsletter, in order to free the lines of communication,” says Commissioner Melissa Whitehead. The many positive organizational qualities were highlighted, one of which is diversity. “The question is how we incorporate all our different cultures into one organisational culture, without losing our diversity,” said Denny-Jean Keet, Manager of Communication, Marketing and Change Management.
